Leopardでmate

LeopardでTextMateのmateコマンドを実行すると、

mate: failed to establish connection with TextMate.

というエラーが出て困っていたのですが、Nabble - mate command and screen in Leopard によると、Leopardのscreenと併用したときに起こる問題のようです。 MacPortsのscreenなら大丈夫と報告されていますが、FinkのscreenもOKでした。
